    • Private Pay: $245 per 60-minute therapy session.

    • Assessment Services: $300 per hour. The total cost of an assessment varies based on the complexity and number of hours required.

  • We provide comprehensive evaluations to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning in the following areas:

  • Our evaluation process is designed to be thorough, supportive, and family-centered:

    • Initial Intake: A one-hour meeting with parents/caregivers to gather background information and discuss concerns.

    • Testing Appointment: An in-person assessment session lasting approximately 2–6 hours, depending on the child’s needs and the measures administered.

    • Feedback Session: A one-hour meeting to review results, share findings, and provide individualized recommendations.

    The typical timeline from intake to feedback is about 30 days. Additional details about the process will be reviewed with you before your intake appointment.

  • Bring your knowledge of your child including their medical and developmental history. Bring in copies of any previous evaluations and/or developmental screenings, as well as a list of your questions and/or concerns about documentation of these previous evaluations and/or testing procedures. You are also encouraged to bring in copies of your child’s Individual Education Plans (IEP) and/or a list of concerns reported by your child’s teacher(s). If your child is in the foster care system, it will be beneficial to have placement and family history, as well as information about their early upbringing and developmental milestones (if it is available).
